Former Liverpool man wants Spurs star to quit White Hart Lane

Real Madrid stars are already looking forward playing with Spurs star Luka Modric.

Midfield magician Modric is near the top of Madrid boss Jose Mourinho’s summer wishlist.

Former Liverpool player Alvaro Arbeloa seems to think a deal is already done to prise the Croatia man from White Hart Lane.

Arbeloa said: “I’m glad he is joining Real.

“We have many good midfielders, so they have to compete for a spot.”

Fellow Madrid defender, Pepe, ensdorsed Modric, saying: “The Portuguese international simply added: ‘I know he’s a good player.”
