Transfer news: Leandro Damiao is not for sale, claim Internacional

Internacional president Giovanni Luigi has insisted that Tottenham target Leandro Damiao is not for sale at any price.

The 22-year-old has been linked with a move away from Brazil in recent months and his agent Vinicius Prates claimed to have held talks with Italian giants AC Milan.

“There are no negotiations,” Luigi told MilanNews. ‘’None at all, because we are not willing to let the player go.

“His agent may have spoken with Milan, but we are the ones who conduct negotiations, certainly not the agent.

“We will not open talks, the player is not up for sale, so it is pointless to put a price on him. He is priceless.”
