Olympic hopeful Phillips Idowu said he felt “emotional” after carrying the Olympic Torch in east London.
The triple jumper, who won a silver medal at the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008, carried the Flame to Westfield Stratford, where a crowd of people chanted his name.
