Two teenagers are set to stand trial accused of an attempted robbery in South Tottenham which left a three-year-old with a broken leg.
The two boys, aged 15 and 16, appeared at Highgate Magistrates’ Court yesterday and were committed for a trial at Wood Green Crown Court.
They are accused of unlawful wounding and attempting to rob a 20-year-old mother of her handbag following the incident in Philip Lane on March 26.
Both teenagers were bailed with conditions including an electronic tag and curfew.
They will appear again at Wood Green Crown Court on June 28.
